At De Witt Floors, we want you to be completely satisfied with all purchases you make from us. In the event that you are not, and you wish to return a product, you may do so within 14 days of the despatch date, as long as the item is unused, in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.

De Witt Floors will refund the value of all returned unwanted goods, excluding the original delivery charges and providing that the goods are in a perfect saleable condition, in their original packaging and with no parts missing. Any unwanted goods are returned to us at your expense. This does not affect your legal rights.

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.

Certain Amtico products are ordered as Special Orders depending on the quantity and material required. If these are returned under the 14 days cancellation option there may be a re-stocking charge made by Amtico International; these will be the responsibility of the customer; details of all charges are available upon request.

The returned parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they reach us. We therefore recommend that you send all items by registered post, retaining proof of purchase.

Refunds will only be actioned once the goods have been received and checked in to our warehouse. We aim to process all refunds within 14 days.

Refunds will not be given on any used products unless they are found to be faulty.

All returns will be credited to you by the original method of payment.

Products we are unable to refund or exchange
We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on any 'Special order' product or any item that has been made to measure or that has been customised to meet a clients specific requirements.

Returns procedure
In the first instance please contact us with your intention to return your item. A member of our customer services team will log your return and provide you with an RMA number. Please note that items returned to us without a valid RMA number will not be processed and you will be asked to arrange collection from us.

Please mark your return with your original order number and the RMA number complete with your name and address stating any fault or problem with your item and send it to:

Returns refusal
Items returned to us that do not meet our returns policy will not be processed and you will be asked to arrange collection from us.
